By using Primerz you agree to these terms. If you use Primerz on behalf of a school, you confirm that you are allowed to accept them for that school.

Educators and school staff need an account. Students join a lesson with a class code, usually without an account. A student under 18 may only use Primerz with the involvement of their school or teacher.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

Do not use Primerz to:

• break the law, or bully, harass or harm anyone;
• upload material you do not have the right to share, including other people's copyrighted work;
• break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or work around its limits;
• scrape the service or resell it without our written agreement.

We may suspend an account that puts other people or the service at risk.

Primerz generates and assesses work with AI, and AI can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. Teachers remain responsible for what is taught, for what is graded, and for reviewing what the AI produces before it is relied on. Do not use Primerz to make a decision about a student that only a person should make.

You keep ownership of the lessons you author and of the work your students produce. You give us the permission we need to host that content, process it, and show it to the people you have shared it with — nothing more than that. You are responsible for having the right to upload anything you attach to a lesson.

The service, its design and its software belong to us. These terms do not transfer any part of that to you.

Linking a Google Classroom course, or using any of the providers listed in our privacy policy, is also governed by that provider's own terms.

We improve the service continuously, so features may change or be withdrawn. We aim to keep Primerz available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Pilot use is free while it lasts; paid plans are described on our pricing page, and those descriptions form part of these terms.

You can stop using Primerz at any time, and an educator can ask us to close their account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we are required to by law.

We provide Primerz as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions about these terms: team@primerzai.com.
