Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms govern use of the Primerz platform and websites, operated by Primerz AI Limited (Hong Kong). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use Primerz on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and the organisation's signed agreement with us prevails over these terms where they differ.

2. Accounts and access

Plans are offered to individual educators and to schools/organisations under a subscription agreed with us. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account. Student accounts are provisioned and overseen by the school or educator.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of school policies;
• attempt to extract, probe, or reverse-engineer the underlying models or systems;
• upload content that is harmful, infringing, or that you lack the rights to use;
• use the service to harass, harm, or deceive students or other users.

4. Your content

Lesson materials you create and student work remain yours (or your school's). You grant us the licence needed to store, process, and display that content in order to operate the service — nothing more. Content shared to the Primerz community library is published under the terms shown at the time of submission, after our review.

5. AI-generated content

Primerz uses AI to draft lessons, give feedback, and summarise class work. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. It is provided to support — never replace — the judgement of the teacher. Educators are responsible for reviewing AI-generated material before relying on it in the classroom.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available during school hours and will give notice of planned maintenance where practical. We may improve or change features over time; if a change materially reduces the service your organisation subscribed to, your agreement's remedies apply.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primerz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time; subscriptions end per your agreement. We may suspend accounts that materially breach these terms, giving notice where reasonable. On termination we export or delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. Questions: reach us via the contact page.
